About Me
Hey, thanks for looking into my work. I’m Pat Laughlin (pictured above, in the middle) a Creative Director at Laughlin Constable, yes, I’m related. I wanted to share some of the projects that I was a little more closely involved with over the years than the other amazing (yes, I’m biased but hey we do cool stuff) work the agency puts out. Wanna see that work, be my guest, it’s right over here at laughlin.com.
I love this business. I love hearing ideas and helping to come up with them. I love how when we have that cool little nugget and we get to watch it snowball into something bigger and better as more people at the agency and our clients add to it and shape it. Whether it was reading the comments (I know, dangerous) on the Lung Cancer Alliance campaign when it launched or working on scripts for my favorite NBA team or writing about pizza, getting to do this every day just keeps giving back.
Some of this work has been featured in industry pubs like Adweek, Creativity, The New York Times (okay maybe not an industry pub but whatever) and some has been featured in award shows like the One Show, Addies, MKE 99’s, whatever the Chicago ad awards were called before they were the Addies along with a handful of other national and local shows. I’ve even had the pleasure of judging a few.
If you ever want to talk advertising, Bucks, Packers, Brewers, beer and music pairings, hot takes on the Strokes being more important than Nirvana, mixtapes, or how Tom Petty is actually underrated despite his acclaim, I’m all ears, just ping me at plaughlin@laughlin.com.
